  2. Interesting :) The only writing craft book I have read is Stephen King's On Writing. I will be adding this one to my TBR to check out soon. Thanks for the recommendation!

    1. I've read lots of books on the craft of writing, many much better than this one. That said, this one was quite unique in that it was more of a diary of the journey than a typical non fiction how to type.

    1. Me too. There's always something that slips through. Luckily there are sites like Grammarly and the Hemingway app to help out ;)

  4. I'll have to look into this. I have been wanting to write a book for a long time now but haven't really been able to push myself.

    1. Maybe you could take part in NaNoWriMo? It's a great way to get the first draft written. You can edit anything but a blank page ;)

    1. Then this would be a good book for you. It's not a typical how to book, but more of a diary of the journey to publication and the mistakes she made/lessons she learnt along the way.

  7. I am not a writer, but the thought does entertain from time to time. I already have a title of a book I would write, but no plot ;)

    That's a start right?! ;)

    1. A lot of my own books started out as title ideas, or just one character idea. It's amazing where you can end up if you just start ;) I never plot that much when writing my first drafts as my character always tend to take over anyway.

  8. I’ve always wanted to write a novel but never could finish lol

    1. Finishing is the hard part. I have several manuscripts that need finishing at the moment that prove just that. I think my biggest problem is that I have fun writing the first draft, but hate editing. The struggle is real.
