Bob and Brad Unboxing

I love it when companies reach out for a collaboration and recently I was lucky enough to be contacted by the lovely people at Bob and Brad.

If you've been here before you'll know that I'm on a bit of a fitness journey. Due the lots of different health problems I'm on a mission to improve my health in general.

I'm currently concentrating on strength training. Last month I did the 30 Day Squat Challenge and this month I'm doing both the 30 Day Extreme Squat Challenge and the 30 Day Crunch Challenge. Rediscovering muscles that haven't been used in quite a while!
