I didn’t realize you had a challenge going, but wow what at an initiative!
ReplyDeleteThanks Belle. I love a good challenge ;) By motivating others, I motivate myself. The video content challenge was started mainly to make myself post my own videos on a more consistent basis. I love the Booktube and Authortube communities but found I wasn't posting much for the latter to my own channel. By hosting a regular author chat video I forced myself to brainstorm new ideas for types of videos I could create. as everything is always more fun when others join in, I figured I'd make it a challenge that anyone could participate in with me.
DeleteYou are so vivacious!
ReplyDeleteThanks DJ :)
DeleteI love it!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Glad you liked the post :)
DeleteI love J.K. Rowling's story too!
ReplyDeleteJK Rowling is awesome. Harry Potter is the best-selling book series in history, and one of my own personal favourites. From the death of her mother, birth of her first child, divorce from her first husband and relative poverty, she definitely went through a lot before hitting success with her books. A real "rags to riches" life story. I love that she lost her billionaire status after giving away a lot of her earnings to charity. She does a lot for various charities. An excellent role model is you ask me :)
DeleteJK Rowling is one of my favorites! The Harry Potter series made me fall in love with with books!
ReplyDeleteI think the Harry Potter series appeals to so many people. There's something in it for all generations. The fact that it made you fall in love with books just proves the awesome power it has. Books that get people excited about reading, and falling in love with books are special.
DeleteYes to JK Rowling too. Even at forty I still love the films and the books.
ReplyDeleteI think that's one of the great things about the Harry Potter series, that it doesn't have an age range as such. It's loved by all generations.
DeleteI agree with everyone else. JK Rowling is one of my favorite authors.
ReplyDeleteGreat post I really didn't read the Harry Potter books until my early 30ths and I fell in love with the harry potter world as well and JK Rowling is one of my favorite authors too. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome post.
ReplyDeleteI just landed here for the first time from Twitter and I love the idea of this author chat video challenge! I can't wait to do one of these. :)
