Having recently taken delivery of a portable outdoor shower from Temu, I wanted to put it through its paces to see if a €20 gadget could truly deliver off-grid relief.

First Impressions & Features Out of the box, the unit feels remarkably lightweight yet practical. It features a 150 cm hose, which provides just enough reach without getting tangled. With a rechargeable battery, the included USB cable makes it dead easy to charge in the car whilst on the move or easily with any phone charger. It also comes with both a suction mount and a hook attachment, making it simple to hang from a window, tile, or tree branch. The shower head itself offers multiple spray settings, which is a lovely touch for such a budget-friendly device.

Balcony Test I decided to give it a trial run out on the balcony using a standard bucket of water. To my delight, the unit arrived pre-charged and ready to go straight out of the box. Once switched on and submersed, the pump primed itself in a matter of seconds, producing a steady, immediate water flow with surprisingly good pressure.

Verdict For around €20 including postage, this little shower is an absolute bargain. It is extraordinarily convenient, remarkably simple to operate, and exceptionally useful for gardening, camping trips, or any off-grid tasks where a quick wash-down is needed. Highly recommended!
