Lovely review! And you're right a TV series of the books would just be perfect!
ReplyDeleteThanks 😊 I really hope they do a Percy Jackson tv series. I think it would work better than the films.
DeleteWonderful review! This sounds interesting! I haven't seen the movies or read the book!!
ReplyDeleteI highly recommend reading the books. I loved them (I'm a total Percy Jackson fangirl). The films weren't bad but the books are so much better. There's also quite a few differences between the books and the films.
DeleteI really need to get cracking on this author.. I keep meaning to read the books but always get distracted..
ReplyDeleteI got myself the box set of Percy Jackson books early on in the year and read my way through them all. One of my best purchases of 2018. I'm definitely going to be reading more Rick Riordan books in 2019.
DeleteThis sounds perfect for a cartoon series as well
ReplyDeleteEvery time I watch one of the marvel TV series like Flash or Super Girl I think, they should make a series like that for Percy Jackson. I think it would work well as a cartoon series too.
DeleteI love how enthusiastic you have been about this series, I've never read any of them.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite series of 2018. My eldest has to read the first book for school this year and I'm so excited for him.
DeleteI’ve wanted to read these. They look so fun!
ReplyDeleteOh you should. I loved them.
DeleteI would love a TV series if these books, as long as they stayed true to the story.
ReplyDeleteThat's one thing that was a let down of the films. They didn't keep true to the story in the books.
DeleteNice review! I always meant to read this series and never got around to it. Thanks for your thoughts!
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely worth reading. I'll stop myself from going total fangirl over it as I think it's clear to everyone how much I enjoyed this series but, you totally should read ;)
DeleteI have heard good things about this book! Great review!
ReplyDeleteThanks Heidi. I loved the whole Percy Jackson series.
DeleteSounts intriguing. Looks like a must read
ReplyDeleteI loved the whole Percy Jackson series and will be searching out more Rick Riordan books this year for sure.
