I never thought I’d be that wife. The one who discovers her husband has found interest in a much younger woman. It’s such a cliché, and one I never thought would happen to me. Yet, here I am, forced to accept that the man who claimed to love me is lying to me. Cheating on me. Betraying me. Some women in my position would pursue a divorce. But that’s not an option for me. I refuse to start all over again. For years, I endured one horrible date after another in my endless search for a husband. Now that I’ve finally found him, I am not giving him up.
