Every square is simple so that anyone — complete beginners included — can join in with confidence.

There’s something satisfying about ticking off squares.
✔ Holiday-Friendly
Even with parties, travel, and family time, you can easily squeeze in a few minutes of movement.
✔ Great for building habits
Little daily actions add up — and they’re far more manageable than big, intimidating resolutions.
Why Starting Now Helps You Stick to Your New Year’s Resolutions
Most people wait until 1st January to make a fresh start — but that “new year, new me” pressure often leads to burnout by mid-January.
Starting before the New Year gives you a powerful advantage:
-
Build momentum early – by the time January arrives, you’re already in the habit of moving more.
-
Remove the fear of the first step – doing a few small wins in December makes everything feel more achievable.
-
Show yourself it doesn’t have to be perfect – December is busy, and if you can build tiny healthy habits now, you can definitely continue in January.
-
Start the year feeling capable, not guilty – instead of reacting to overindulgence, you enter January feeling proud, energised, and motivated.
